Why do I have to register?

This will save you time when you have something you want to purchase. This time could matter to you as a lot of our items are unique and somebody else could be viewing the same item as you and could buy it whilst you are registering.

It also provides us with all the information we require to deliver your product or contact you if that were necessary.

How do I register?

To register please click the "Register" word shown at the top of the page.

Please then fill in your details in the boxes provided.

What do I do if I need to amend my personal details?

Please enter you email address and password you supplied at the time you registered, and you will be able to access your account details stored.

What if I forget my password?

Please click the "Forgotten Password" shown on the on the login page for your account.

You will be asked to enter the email address you supplied when setting up the account. You will then receive a password reset email.

Buying

How do I search for a product?

At the top of the page there is a box labelled “Search“. Please enter here the item you are looking for. E.G. Sony PS4 Console. The site will be interrogated at this point, and you will be delivered on screen the available products and the store which is selling the item(s).

The other option is to select a category on the left-hand side of the page and scroll through the available items within the category. Click “All Departments” on the top left of the screen.

How do I buy an item?

This is really easy; add the item to your cart. There is a button displayed on the right side of the screen labelled "Add to cart".

If all is ok, press “Go to cart”. Check the item is the one you want, choose if you want home delivery or store collection, and then proceed to check out.

You then should make sure that your address details are correct and continue to next stage of entering your payment details.

Once your payment has been processed you will receive an email confirming the goods and the sale. Please note if you are buying multiple purchases that you could be buying from more than one of our stores.

How can I pay for my item?

At Cash Generator we care about security and make every effort to ensure our transaction process is safe and that your personal information is secure. Please note we operate 3D secure payments. You can pay using the following payment methods:

    Can I collect my goods?

    Yes, you can collect where this option is available. Please take with you the “Store Pickup” code sent by email. You’ll also need to take identification with you when collecting.

    If buying multiple items and choosing store collection, you’ll need to collect each part from the specific store selling that item. Store information will have been shown during the checkout process and will also be shown on your order confirmation email.

    Delivering

    How long will my goods take to be delivered?

    Your delivery will usually take between 3-5 working days, once dispatched. This may be longer during periods of high seasonal demand or disruption to delivery services outside of our control. Our free delivery is a standard service to mainland UK addresses only.

    If you have bought goods from more than one Cash Generator store your parcels might not arrive together as they will be dispatched separately.

    If you have any queries over the delivery of your goods, please send an email to store you bought the product from. This store information will be on your order confirmation email below each item. If your order contained multiple items, please ensure you contact the correct store that fulfilled the specific item in your order.

    What if when my item(s) arrive something is missing, faulty or damaged?

    In the first instance please email the store you bought the goods from and advise it of the problem. This store information will be on your order confirmation email below each item. If your order contained multiple items, please ensure you contact the specific store that fulfilled this item in your order. Please provide the order reference number and the item details at this time with a brief description of the complaint.

    You should receive a reply to your email within 2 working days.

    What should I do if my product has not come at all?

    Please email the store you bought the goods from quoting the reference number on your order confirmation email. This store information will be on your order confirmation email below the item. If your order contained multiple items, please ensure you contact the specific store that fulfilled this item in your order.

    Please remember your goods will normally take 3-5 working days to be delivered once dispatched to you. This may be longer during periods of high seasonal demand or disruption to delivery services outside of our control.
