Tissot is a luxury watchmaking company founded in 1853 in the Le Locle region of Switzerland by father and son Charles-Félicien Tissot and Charles-Émile Tissot. The brand has been at the forefront of some of the most important inventions in the watch industry. Since its conception and with the introduction of the first pocket watch with two time zones, Tissot has been a leader in the watch world. Apart from being known for the extraordinary engineering of its watches, the brand’s watches hold a distinctive elegant design, achieved by few other brands. The Tissot T-Classic collection is a range of timeless watches inspired by different models from the brand’s almost 170-year history. The range is made up of several sub-collections. Amongst them are the Tradition family which highlights retro-chic models with an elegant vintage appearance, the Chronograph introduces models with higher functionality to the collection and the Powermatic 80 which boasts an impressive 80-hour power reserve. Core features of the T-Classic Gentleman Collection: The watch is water-resistant 10 bars or 100 meters. A domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial of the watch. The model is robust and highly reliable making it one of the most popular Tissot watches. Model Specifications: T1274071605100 The watch’s stainless steel case measures 40 mm in diameter. The case features a polished bezel. The black sunray dial is contrasted by polished luminescent indices and sword-shaped hands. Completing the look is a black leather strap with white top-stitching. The strap closes with a butterfly clasp with push buttons. A date aperture features at the 3 o’clock position. Functions on the watch include hours, minutes and seconds. Movement type - Automatic with a power reserve of up to 80 hours.
