Yes! If you buy your item in store, you can can choose to spread the cost over a number of weeks. All we need is a 20% deposit upfront to secure the item, and then we agree a number of weekly instalments that suits your budget (up to 12 weeks). The installments are interest free, and there are no extra charges. Full details >

Yes: we make sure all items are in full working order before selling them on to you. If we find an item is faulty, you still have the option to buy it at rock bottom prices in our Clearance area. Full details >

On most items, you can return them within fourteen days to get a full refund. Just make sure to bring the item back in its packaging and with a receipt.
