Step 1: Register for a gold selling pack

It's simple! Fill in your details online using the form on the right of this page, and we will send you a FREE gold selling packet that you can use to send us your items. Contact our customer services department if you have any queries prior to sending your goods via email at gold@cashgenerator.co.uk

Step 2: Send us your gold

Use the secure, insured envelope to post your goods to us following the instructions supplied. We will buy any gold jewellery, regardless of its age or condition, and unlike most other online companies, we will buy jewellery with precious stones (rings, bracelets, chains, pendants etc) and also jewellery made from platinum or silver. We also buy premium brand and gold watches, manufactured by companies such as Breitling, Omega, Rolex, Ebel, Oris, Cartier and Tag Heuer.

Your items will be insured for £1000 whilst they are in the post. If you are wishing to send goods worth more than £1000, contact our customer services department and they will arrange for additional gold selling packs to be sent.

As soon as we receive your items, we will contact you to agree the amount that we will pay you for the goods that you have sent.

Step 3: Get your money

We will always attempt to get payment to you as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours, making payment either by cheque or direct into your bank account.
